wu was running down the kicker. did drills then started off. felt like we took it a little easier than normal at first but i was fine with that and once we got to the big hill i wasn't too tired, but i didn't push myself to go with watson when she surged. with half a mile left i picked it up decently, but not enough to finish where i wanted. 10:16 so wasn't too bad. honestly my legs just killed after tho. 6 mile cool down didn't feel too long but my legs didn't wanna go that far. shoutout to smiths for the free water bottles. abs and hips and ice bath.
