k really good workout today. 5x1000 and then 3x400. can't remember exact splits for 1000s but they averaged to 6:00 pace which was really exciting. lol the 400s hurt so bad. hit 82 80 78, so the times i need but wish i could've finished a little faster. overall tho i loved the intensity of the workout, im getting pumped for nxr here in a few weeks. proceeded to slightly die after the wo but then went on a cooldown with watson to finish mileage. did abs and hips and also beat mario in arm wrestling (:
