did mile and a half warm up then started on speed. it was 3 sets of 3x200 with 2 min rest inbetween. the first set is slower than 800 pace the second set is 800 pace and the last 3 were all out. hit 36 37 37 36 36 36 32 32 31. overall i was super happy and surprised that my legs still had a lot in them at the end. i was glad kaylee was there to push me. between active rest and the workout i got 2.5 miles. cooled down a mile. shoutout to all my peeps racing tomorrow. you guys will kill it.
