did mile then helped pace guppy with some of her workout. her workout was 3x400 at goal mile pace then 100 m jog then 200 m all out. i just helped with the 400s. hit 76 73 74 . my legs feel pretty tired still from this week. finished up mileage on Main Street and then had a super quality breakfast so shoutout to mama hinckley. also got to drive toms truck and i didn't die (:
