2mile wu then mile repeats and the second one i did was real weird cause i just got dizzy and couldn’t function the turns real well but then i sat out the next one and did one more 800 and felt fantastic so idek. probably just low iron or hydration. cool down and legs and abs

so today i literally felt the best i have in months. like my whole body was cooperating with itself. 2mile wu then strides and the workout was 600s on the course. first 2 were at 2:10 then next 2 were at 2:08 then the next 2 at 2:06. then coach said freshman were done which was a bummer cause i was still staying with the pack and feeling good. cooled down to 9 and then legs and core and leg lifts

did 30min biking and core before practice. ran 6miles around some farms and stuff and it was super pretty and i felt so good today and loved it. kinda had an odd sharp pain on my right side of the stomach that wasn’t a side ache but went away after a couple miles so didn’t pay too much attention to it. leg lifts after and now i’m doing norma which lemme tell ya, it is a blessing from heaven above

2mile wu then strides. today was beloved mile repeats. 4 reps with 2:30 rest. i don’t really know exactly my splits but i’m gonna guess. 5:59 6:10 6:20 6:05. these might be optimistic idk. my middle ones were definitely the struggle but the last one i really got my motivation back and grinded through but man the short rest between really got me.  cd felt alright until my legs felt like death. did core and legs and leg lifts then an ice bath.

core and leg lifts before. super pumped because i’m finally running some more miles and i’m healthy! super duper pretty run up the canyon although my legs were not happy with that decision #wrecked (may have gone a lil too hard dancin last night) but seriously the views were amazing. there was some snow and all the colorful leaves so really today was such a win!

so today i felt quite a bit better than i thought i would. i expected my legs to still be thrashed from the workout then a postworkout trail run but nope. the more i ran the better i felt. but, i am still only allowed to do 6 on nonworkout days so i did the water treadmill for 30min. also monday core as per usual

3mile wu then strides. workout was 2 sets of 3x90sec on 60 sec rest with 4min between sets. pace was supposed to be slower than tempo but that didn’t really happen. today was just supposed to get our heart rate up, thursday will be our grind day. cd felt fine except my stomach wasn’t cooperating.

am-biked 45min. was gonna do less and run more but i've been kinda tired and tomorrow will take a toll on my body. did core, supplementals, pushups, dips, and teages. then ran to the locker room to do leg lifts and shower cause our drain isn't working #rip

2mile wu then strides. today was a team “race”. i’m still not mentally pushing myself cause i know i could be going faster, i just don’t. today wasn’t too bad, but not too great either. the race was on our course and it was 4.7ish k-3mile about. did 18:50 but i didn’t catch my teammate at the end when i should’ve. did 3.5mile cd and then core. good news tho is since i’m feeling alright, i can start running more and cross training less

2mile wu then some track work. today was 200s. did 8x200 at 40sec with recovery jogging across the field back to start (about 30sec) then did a 200m jog after 8 of them then 8x200 at 38sec with same recovery. overall made me tired but not too hard. it felt good to do some shorter faster stuff. cd with shannon then half core, legs, and leg lifts

workout dayyy. 2mile wu then strides. did 10x300m with 100m recovery and an extra 100m recovery after sets of 4. first 8 were supposed to be at 58-59 but ranged more towards the 57 side. last 2 were supposed to be 56, and i ended up going 56 58. the last one hurt mucho but i have also been really tired since the shot i got on saturday. was supposed to do full core but did legs instead cause my arm is swollen from the shot so i couldn't do much of that stuff anyways. maybe tomorrow

today at the beginning of the run i felt very crummy but about halfway through that quickly changed. really good time with jackie. also, for anyone who would like to know, i have decided to serve an lds mission and will be putting my papers in approximately in 3 weeks. i will be going home in december to take some online classes and prepare to serve wherever i am called and i am so very excited(:
