2mile wu then 8x150m with 250m jog. nothing too crazy so that was nice. hit 29 28 27 27 27 26 26 25. felt good and then a long cd with shannon. legs feel a lot better today. core and legs and leg lifts after

2mile wu then the lane 7 workout. started at lane 7 line, ran a 400m then the recovery was walking to the line again (maybe 20sec?). we did 2 sets and in between sets we got a 200m jog. hit 82 80 81 80 78 78 78 78. definitely tough but honestly i got through it ok. nice chill cd with karen. really good day today

2mile wu then strides. then basically a death workout. 1000 in 3:17 (was supposed to be 3:10 aka 5:00ap but i went 5:15ap) then 10min rest then a 600 in 1:54 (was supposed to be 1:53 but i went 5:03ap). yeah so not quite up with pacing today which was quite the bummer and i’m kinda mad but also the 600 was better than the 1000 so that was a plus. overall not really satisfied. cd and yeah that’s the slowest cool down i’ve ever been on. we did minutes instead of miles cause we were going so slow. half core and stuff

2.5mile wu then strides. 8x150m then 250m rest. we weren’t supposed to go faster than 24-25. hit 25 27 26 25 25 25 24 24. felt good and like it didn’t require too much effort. definitely felt better and faster than we we did that two weeks ago. 2mile cd and then legs core and leg lifts
