lol. had the (not so) brilliant idea of doing a mile on the treadmill today seeing if i could hold it fast for awhile. did .5 wu then got set for 5:20 pace. held on for 1000m then stopped it cause i was dying, well i realized i wasn't satisfied with that for speed today so i took 30sec to breathe then finished 600m at 5:10 pace. overall time elapsed was 5:47ish including the break so not really bad for 1600 but i wish i wouldn't have stopped in the middle. oh well haha just needed to end with some sort of speed before break next week. afterwards did 3.5 with watson and also a 150m buildup which my legs were tired for. well interesting day for sure. finished with abs and hips
