premeet. found out i'm seeded towards the very top of the second heat so kinda bummed, but some good things can still happen. mile wu then 400s. first one 79 and felt easy. second one i did first 250 on pace, then last 150 with a kick, to work on form/speed. came in at a 74. cd for 3 then biked 10min. abs and hips and ice bath.
