workout dayyy. 2mile wu then strides. did 10x300m with 100m recovery and an extra 100m recovery after sets of 4. first 8 were supposed to be at 58-59 but ranged more towards the 57 side. last 2 were supposed to be 56, and i ended up going 56 58. the last one hurt mucho but i have also been really tired since the shot i got on saturday. was supposed to do full core but did legs instead cause my arm is swollen from the shot so i couldn't do much of that stuff anyways. maybe tomorrow
