hmm. before wu my stomach started hurting and i kinda just felt nasueated through the wu and strides. race wasn't much better. it effected me mentally lots and i kinda just wanted to give up a lot of the time but i slapped myself into gear and started passing. actually was with the front pack til the last 100. idk what my problem was, i was trying so hard but i wouldn't move and was getting passed. i need to figure that out. afterwards just felt like i was gonna throw up super bad but after awhile headed back to the tent and laid down. felt better like 30min later. not happy with my race but i mean not really too bad either. sad my stomach got me bad. again, i feel way too recovered and kinda raged for one of my cool down miles. oh well i'll throw down at region.
