abs&hips in the morning. did 10 min bike warm-up then bike speed wo was 3x3:30 4x2:15 2x1:00 all with 90 sec rest. in the middle did 2x400s on the track with my group @"2mile" pace lol hit 80,82. went back finished the wo on bike, cooled down for 55min total then went for a mile more. my calves started hurting a lot so i think tomorrow i'm just gonna cross train. not really sure if i'm gonna race next friday or not after today cause i wanna make sure i'm racing at simplot but i guess we will see how things go.
