did the mile loop and then a turf mile to warm up. had a mile of speed, 2 sets of 200-400-200 with the 200s at 800 pace and the 400s at mile pace. hit all my times, but the workout was a lil harder than expected. did another mile and a half on the turf cause my calves were burnin. then sami and i went on main and did a mile and a half to finish up her mileage. came back and did another mile on the turf cause why not. grass runnin at its finest. did some abs with sami. realized it's really hard to abs while laughing. then sami and i did some squats. shoutout to sami for rolling me out after that cause my legs feel super good. i biked a set of 1 min on 1 min off 3 min on then 3 min off then 5 min on 5 min off. i realized i also had some upper body weights so then i did those. solid day, it was so pretty outside.
