10min biking then a mile, drove down to lehi for the workout cause our track is off limits this week. workout was 3x400-200 @mile pace with 2min rest after the 4 and 3min rest between sets. hit 78 37 79 40 77 37. it shouldn't have been rough but being sick really made breathing hard and yeah. cd with the guys for 4. did abs&hips. started walking around tho and feeling a bit of sharp pain between my soleus and shins so i'm starting to question whether racing this weekend is a good idea.
