today was late start practice and it was extra hot. mile wu then did a half mile up to the start of the tempo run. started off with a good first mile, second mile was a little slower but not too bad, third mile was really hard for me to stay on pace, but i pushed and kept within the range. not my best workout but i just need to work on my finish. overall i was happy though, cause it was already a better tempo than any of mine last year. did a little over a mile cool down. abs, hips, and ice bath.
