ran at a trail by jeremy ranch with watson. i can tell my legs were tired but they survived. it was a good time and the weather was nice. 8:20ap. not sure how many miles i'm doing this week yet but i think i want to do my longer runs at the beginning rather than end of the week.
ran to the track and did 5x150m strides with 50m jog inbetween. felt alright. then went and did deer creek trail. felt pretty tired until the last 3miles. ran with carolyn mostly, she's a cool girl. 8:15ap
can't decide whether to say wow or ow lol. super fun and pretty trail run by potato hill. it was such a fun time with the girls and the only bad part was the last part my bum was feeling pretty sore from the last few days and hot pilates 😂. overall felt better today than the last couple tho. v slow pace today at 9:15ap
legs were still pretty tired but they warmed up on mile 6. nice recovery with the girls. 8:30ap. did abs (kinda) but no push ups. my arm is still swollen from the shots a few days ago.
good dayyyy(: mile wu then had to do a 1200 in 4:24. watson did the first and last lap with me so shoutout to her for being a pal. first lap came in at like a 90 whoops so picked it up and second lap came in about 2:58 but last lap sped up more and hit 4:24 on the dot. it got me tired but felt good. did 4 more with watson and then did a grass mile to finish things off.
