2mile wu then strides. workout was 2x2miles @12:20. did first 2mile in 12:30 then just did the first mile of the second set in 6:13. felt pretty good about it cause i’m still getting back into things and it was on the course so a little bit hilly (unlike the tempo loop). and this is like the most speed work i’ve done all year lol. anywho, cd for 2miles then core, legs, and leg lifts
