did 30min biking and core before practice. ran 6miles around some farms and stuff and it was super pretty and i felt so good today and loved it. kinda had an odd sharp pain on my right side of the stomach that wasn’t a side ache but went away after a couple miles so didn’t pay too much attention to it. leg lifts after and now i’m doing norma which lemme tell ya, it is a blessing from heaven above
