2mile wu then some track work. today was 200s. did 8x200 at 40sec with recovery jogging across the field back to start (about 30sec) then did a 200m jog after 8 of them then 8x200 at 38sec with same recovery. overall made me tired but not too hard. it felt good to do some shorter faster stuff. cd with shannon then half core, legs, and leg lifts
