2mile wu then the lane 7 workout. started at lane 7 line, ran a 400m then the recovery was walking to the line again (maybe 20sec?). we did 2 sets and in between sets we got a 200m jog. hit 82 80 81 80 78 78 78 78. definitely tough but honestly i got through it ok. nice chill cd with karen. really good day today

really fun run with shannon and karen down towards main street. had lots of time to waste yet it felt like the time flew. felt a lot better than expected.
