did senior race and just stayed really positive the whole time and got a medal so pretty much a swell day.
ran the course today and it's as hilly as i remember lol. also did pre meet and tomorrow will be good.
my fave run on my fave trail in mesquite. saw a waterfall and yeah. bus ride was pretty alright.
nice easy recovery
speed changes in the snow which was interesting.
pretty much had a snowball fight for the whole first half of the run lol. not a huge fan of snow but today it was swell. did abs and stuff.
