biked 10min and did abs and hips before practice. did mile wu then jamie said i could do 6 of the 12 reps. hit 5x300s and barely didn't make the time so did a 200 for my last one. felt good and stay mentally positive. went to the bikes for the other 6 and it was medium hard resistance and you sped up for 60sec then 90sec rest. the rest was hard cause you didn't want to move and the resistance was so high. pushed my self good and visualed the track and i feel good about the work i did. finished for a total of 50min biking then did a mile cd running and my legs felt very tired which meant some good things happened today.
