yay for good workouts! honestly was not excited for this one but it turned out good! did 1.5mile wu then 40min tempo then .75mile cd, some of it on the turf. i stayed positive actually and was well under pace range! and this is like my last high mileage week+harder workout week until the race woooo
ran to suncrest then 5x1min-4x2min-3x3min up the hill. felt like trash but got her done and still a solid workout. legs hurt after though but saw THE abby skousen on the trail and that made everything better
wow today’s run was quite fantastic, i made myself go slow and it felt really nice, plus i practiced my talk the last two miles and the time literally flew by. plus there were so many happy people on the trail today so i said hi lots
long run saturday! did the murdock and saw the byu men’s team, twice haha. the second time while they were passing me a little girl said “look there’s only one girl” haha i thought it was funny. overall very nice run cause it was fast yet not too tiring
